Business/Formal attire (Suit and tie for men, floor length dress for women.)

O-4 and above: Dinner Dress White - Jacket

E-7 to O-3: Dinner Dress White (Chokers) with mini medals or Dinner Dress White - Jacket (Optional) 

E-1 to E-6: Dinner Dress White
