1630-1830 (4:30 - 6:30pm) - Leadership/Industry Reception (Chesapeake Room - 4th Floor)
1730 (5:30pm) - Cocktail Hour (Cash Bar - outside 3rd Floor Hampton Roads Ballroom)
1815 (6:15pm) - Ballroom Opens for Dinner (3rd Floor Hampton Roads Ballroom)
1830 (6:30pm) - Dinner and Awards
2030 (8:30pm) - 2330 (11:30pm) - Dancing & Admins, Leadership/Industry Reception re-opened (4th Floor Ballroom and Chesapeake Room)
Dinner consists of the following
Starter: Dinner Baby Spinach with Sliced Strawberries, Diced Cucumbers, Candied Pecans, Feta Cheese, served with Raspberry Vinaigrette and Peppercorn Ranch dressings.

1. Duet Filet & Salmon. Petit Steak Filet w/Bordelaise Sauce & Baked Atlantic Salmon w/Whole Grain Orange Blossom Honey Glaze, Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus.
2. Duet Filet & Lasagna. Petit Steak Filet w/Bordelaise Sauce & Gluten Free Vegetable Lasagna w/Smoke Tomato Cream, Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus.
3. Duet Salmon and Lasagna. Baked Atlantic Salmon w/Whole Grain Orange Blossom Honey Glaze & Gluten Free Vegetable Lasagna w/Smoked Tomato Cream, Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus.
4. Portabella Mushroom. Two Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms with Roma Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic & Baby Spinach, Mashed Yukon Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus.
Dessert: Chocolate Layer Cake and NY Cheesecake with Whipped Cream & Berry Compote.
Drink: Wine on each Table (red, white & bubbly), with Regular and Decaf Coffee service, and water and ice tea.

There is a group rate at the Waterside Marriott for this event for a $159 Saturday night (use link below). A discounted rate is also available for $110/night Wednesday - Friday. Please email edrosequist@vawvrcfoundation.org if you would like the discounted rate Wednesday - Friday. Rooms must be reserved by Monday, September 28th, 2026 to obtain the group rate
